02Recruiting Services
Robi Group provides technical recruiting services to clients on a retained or contingency basis. All recruiting engagements are governed by separate agreements between Robi Group and the client. Nothing on the Site constitutes a guarantee of placement, employment, or specific results.
03Referral Program
Participation in the Robi Group referral program is subject to a signed referral agreement. No referral bonus is owed until a referral agreement is executed and the referred candidate is successfully placed. Full referral program terms are outlined in the referral agreement provided upon submission.
04Intellectual Property
All content on the Site, including text, images, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by Robi Group and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of any material on the Site without prior written consent.
05No Job Board
The Site does not function as a job board. Robi Group does not publicly post open roles or accept unsolicited applications through the Site.
06Disclaimers
The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Robi Group does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information on the Site.
07Limitation of Liability
